Meet Jodie. Believer in mission driven impact.
A published research and organisational psychologist, she has spent 20 years helping organisations around the world (from non-profits to startups and publicly listed companies) perform better. Strategy, structure, culture, leadership, change, all of it. She has sat in rooms with boards, advised founders, led strategy and implemented plans across teams and with one-person HR functions.
They all share a common need in ensuring their organisations function effectively in delivering their goals. Except non-profits and lean teams don’t have the luxury of dedicated resources masking redundant, imperfectly aligned or poorly executed programs. They need someone who understands their context and takes a practical approach to find the best solution to their challenges. They need resources that enable bootstrapped, impact-led organisations to derive the greatest value from their time and focus.
