Meet Jodie. Believer in mission driven impact.
A published research and organisational psychologist, she has spent 20 years helping organisations around the world (from non-profits to startups and publicly listed companies) perform better. Practical, context-specific and evidence based approach to strategy, structure, culture, leadership, change, all of it. She has sat in rooms with boards, advised founders, led strategy and implemented plans across teams and with one-person HR functions.
Across them all Jodie saw a common need in ensuring their organisations function effectively in delivering their goals. Except with tight resources and lean teams impact organisations need to be even more discerning. They need resources that enable bootstrapped, impact-led organisations to derive the greatest value from their time and focus right now.
