Meet Jodie. Believer in mission driven impact.
A published research and organisationl psychologist, she has spent 20 years helping organisations around the world (from non-profits to startups and publicly listed companies) perform better. Strategy, structure, culture, leadership, change, all of it. She has sat in rooms with boards, advised founders, led strategy and implemented plans across teams and with one-person HR functions.
They all shared a common need. These teams don’t have the luxury of dedicated resources for time consuming, imperfectly aligned and poorly executed processes. They need someone who takes the time to understand their situation and takes a practical approach to find the best solution to their challenges. They need resources that enable bootstrapped, purpose driven organisations to derive the greatest value from their time and focus.
